This is pretty impressive, I agree with previous comment, you obviously have this style of anime down to a science! However, the background defiantly distracts from the detail in the horse, and you colors clash with the nice shades of brown used in the subject.
But other then that, I give it a 9*!

Wow, a truly impressive piece of digi-art, I appreciate your use of the different shades of purple, and use of highlights in the eyes, hair and on the shoulders as well. However, the hair seems a tad-bit 'full' to my eyes. Almost to much so - But keep up the good work!
